PostoBot
A downloadable game for Windows, macOS, and Linux
Controls:
- Move: A-D
- Jump: Space / W
- Pick Up Box: E
- Drop Box : E
- Rotate Box : R
Mechanics:
You have to combine boxes in order to create bigger ones.
You can’t pick up the biggest box but you can push it slowly, unless something it’s blocking the path behind it.
If you get 3 big boxes in a row, or column, they will disappear and reward you with extra points.
There’s a total of 10 levels, each level being a bit more difficult than the last one.
Once you hit level 3, the medium boxes will start spawning as well.
You gain levels by gaining score.
You gain score by combining boxes.
If there are at least 5 boxes in the landing zone, a timer will appear. You have 10 seconds to move boxes from there or you will lose.
Story:
During the war against the human race you have been wounded and lost both of your legs. Times were tough and we didn’t have enough resources to rebuild your legs. You were supposed to be turned into scrap so that we could build bigger and better robots. But because of your bravery you have been awarded with the “L33T Medal” and your circuits have been spared.
We couldn’t let you do nothing all day, all robots must work. So we found the best job for you, and ever since then you have been named PostoBot.
You now must scan and arrange boxes. You have been equipped with sensors so that when you are in the proximity of a box you will automatically scan all the contents.
The contents are scanned before they reach to you, but it’s better to be safe than sorry. The Human Resistance keeps coming up with ways to hide items and even humans inside of these boxes.
Our brothers need the contents of those boxes on the line of war.
Make sure to move the boxes out of the landing zone quickly otherwise we will have to stop the process because of you. Which means that you are inefficient, we all know what happens to inefficient robots.
As our ancestors used to say:
